Getting started

Open ImageTextLab from your Shopify admin apps page, run a store scan, review generated alt text tasks, then write approved updates back to Shopify.

Billing help

Plans are confirmed in Shopify managed billing. If a plan does not appear active after approval, reopen the app from Shopify admin and contact support with your store domain.

Data questions

The app works with image and content metadata, not protected customer data. Privacy questions can be sent to the same support email.

ImageTextLab keeps operational logs for installs, scans, UI actions, API responses, billing status, and webhooks to help diagnose review or merchant issues.
